• <br /> EYE/TETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. d/%29,1,,43 — 9/ <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the condemnation of an exclusive <br /> and perpetual real property easement described in Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto, which easement shall pass across and through <br /> that parcel of real property described in Exhibit B attached <br /> hereto to allow for the construction and maintenance of the South <br /> End Sewer Interceptor Extension -- Middle Segment . <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : The City Council of the City of Everett finds <br /> as follows : <br /> a . The sanitary sewer pumping stations and <br /> transmission facilities in Southeast Everett are rapidly reaching <br /> their maximum capacity due to rapid growth in the area . <br /> b. On June 1, 1988, the City Council authorized a <br /> preliminary location study to identify sewer improvements that <br /> are needed in this area . On December 14, 1988, the study was <br /> completed and approved by the Everett City Council and alignments <br /> established for the South End Interceptor Line . Funding has been <br /> approved for the construction of the sewer system improvements, <br /> and construction plans are underway utilizing the alignment <br /> described in Exhibit A hereto. <br /> c . In order that the Middle Segment of the South <br /> End Interceptor Line may be constructed according to design <br />
