• • • EYE/TETT ORDINANCE NO. 1771-91 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, EMC) to encompass an area along 90th Street SW from Walter E. Hall Golf Course to 4th Avenue W. (Emander Rd.) REZONE #7-90 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on October 16, 1990, the Everett Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the Planning Commission, has determined that said property should be zoned R-1, Single Family Low Density Residential, R-2, Single Family Medium Density Residential, and R-3(L), Multiple Family Low Density Residential. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett and meets the purpose of the General Plan as amended by Resolution No. 3122 Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the following: R-1 ZONE: All that portion of the west quarter of Section 13, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the Plat of Kimberly Park, according to the plat therof, recorded in Volume 46 of Plats, Page 35, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, East along the North line of said plat and the easterly projected North line of said plat to intersect the East line of said Northwest quarter of said Section 13: THENCE, South along said East line of said Northwest quarter to the Southeast corner of the North 260 feet of the East half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said section; THENCE, West along the the South line of last said subdivision to the Southwest corner thereof;
