• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> EYE/TETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1771-91 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, EMC) <br /> to encompass an area along 90th Street SW from <br /> Walter E. Hall Golf Course to 4th Avenue W. (Emander Rd.) <br /> REZONE #7-90 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on October 16, 1990, the Everett <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the <br /> zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission, has determined that said <br /> property should be zoned R-1, Single Family Low Density Residential, R-2, <br /> Single Family Medium Density Residential, and R-3(L), Multiple Family Low <br /> Density Residential. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning <br /> change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett <br /> and meets the purpose of the General Plan as amended by Resolution <br /> No. 3122 <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, <br /> Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the following: <br /> R-1 ZONE: <br /> All that portion of the west quarter of Section 13, Township 24 <br /> North, Range 4 East, W.M. , described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the Plat of Kimberly Park, <br /> according to the plat therof, recorded in Volume 46 of Plats, Page <br /> 35, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, East along the <br /> North line of said plat and the easterly projected North line of said <br /> plat to intersect the East line of said Northwest quarter of said <br /> Section 13: THENCE, South along said East line of said Northwest <br /> quarter to the Southeast corner of the North 260 feet of the East <br /> half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the <br /> Northwest quarter of said section; THENCE, West along the the South <br /> line of last said subdivision to the Southwest corner thereof; <br />
