ORDINANCE NO. /74/- 9e' _ <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the "Service Center Remodel" <br /> Fund No . 323 as established by Ordinance No . 1574-89, <br /> as repealed by Ordinance 1509-88, as of January 2, <br /> 1991 . <br /> WHEREAS, the "Service Center Remodel" Fund No. 323 was <br /> established to provide for the said purpose and , <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and , <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the <br /> fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be received : <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That the "Service Center Remodel" Fund No . 323 <br /> be closed. <br /> Section 2 : That the final expenses and revenues for the <br /> "Service Center Remodel" Fund No. 323 are , as follows : <br /> EXPENSES : <br /> Construction Costs $ 673, 411 . 20 <br /> Total $ 673, 411 . 20 <br /> REVENUES : <br /> Utility Fund No . 401 $ 500, 000. 00 <br /> Transit Fund No. 425 120, 000 . 00 <br /> General Fund Bldg Permit Fees 46, 000. 00 <br /> Interest Earned 7, 411 . 20 <br /> Total $ 673, 411 . 20 <br />
