• ORDINANCE ND. 1756-90 AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget • for the City of Everett for 1990 and amending Ordinance _ No. 1664-89. as amended by Ordinance No. 1719-90. WHEREAS, the City Council now perceives emergencies which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the preliminary budget and wish to appropriate certain local, state and federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the 1990 budget; and WHEREAS, the source and applications of funds have been identified: NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the following amendments shall be made to the 1990 budget: Section 1: Department 007, Personnel, Program 805 APPROPRIATION Source - Street Improvement, Fund 119 Purpose - Additional staff and benefits for kiosk. Non Dept Exp. , Program 801 Source - Street improvement, Fund 119 ($15,000) , and Real Estate Excise tax Fund 154 ($35,000) , Purpose - Health District building. Non Dept Exp. , F'rooram 801 Source - Street Improvement, Fund 119 Purpose - Personnel Department - Colby Building office rent, remodel expense, and information job center.
