ORDINANCE NO. 1746-90 AN ORDINANCE amending Sections 3 and 4 of OrdinanceA83-yb increasing the total estimated cost and appropriation for "Jetty Island Dock Facilities" and repealing Ordinance No. WHEREAS, Ordinance No./(,93-%included the funds to be received from the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation, and the City of Everett and the Port of Everett grant match; and WHEREAS, the Everett City Council allocated $150,000 from the general fund for construction at Jetty Island; and WHEREAS, in November 1989 the grant was awarded to the City of Everett by the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL THAT: Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance No.AWB3-Sbwhich reads as follows: The total estimated cost of the improvements authorized is $409,964 which shall include all costs related to design, construction, contract administration, plan development and associated costs. be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: The total estimated cost of the improvements authorized is $470,464 which shall include all costs related to design, construction, contract administration, plan development and associated costs. Section 2: That Section 4 of Ordinance No./983-90which reads as follows: A. The sum of $409,964 is hereby appropriated to Fund 352 Program 449 "Jetty Island Dock Facilities". B. Source of Funds: 1. $150,000 - City of Everett General Fund 2. $109,964 - Port of Everett 3. $150,000 - IAC Grant be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: A. The sum of $470,464 is hereby appropriated to Fund 352 Program 449 "Jetty Island Dock Facilities". B. Source of Funds: 1. $150,000 - City of Everett General Fund 2. $170,464 - Port of Everett 3. $150,000 - IAC Grant Section 3: That Ordinance is hereby repealed.
