ORDINANCE NO. 1745-90 AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1727-90 providing for the vacation of a portion of Everett Mall Way lying North of and adjacent to Everett Mall NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1727-90 reads as follows: Section 3: That this ordinance shall not become effective until the owners of the property abutting upon the street herein described have compensated the State of Washington in an amount equal to the current value of the area herein described. The abutting property owners shall have ninety (90) days following passage of this ordinance to exercise this vacation.
