(c) Payments of Rebatable Arbitrage. Any payment of <br /> Rebatable Arbitrage if such payment is made no later than <br /> the due date for such payment. <br /> "Project" means the library improvements as further <br /> specified in Section 2 of this ordinance. <br /> "Project Fund" means the "1990 Library Parking Project Fund" <br /> created by Section 14 hereof. <br /> "Rebatable Arbitrage" means the amount payable to the United <br /> States by the City pursuant to Section 12 of this Ordinance. <br /> "Series A Bonds" means the City of Everett Limited Tax <br /> General Obligation Bonds, 1990 Series A, authorized to be issued <br /> pursuant to Ordinance No./739-9aof the City. <br /> "Treasurer" means the Treasurer of the City, or any <br /> successor to the functions and responsibilities of the Treasurer <br /> of the City. <br /> SECTION 2 . Authorization of Project and Findings. The <br /> City hereby adopts the following plan of improvements for park, <br /> library and museum facilities of the City, to-wit: <br /> 1. The construction of a parking garage over the main <br /> library, as expanded and remodelled, of approximately 56, 000 <br /> square feet, together with a stair tower to connect the parking <br /> and library. Said improvements are integral parts of the overall <br /> expansion and improvement of the main library, and have been <br /> sized to serve the needs of library patrons. <br /> Such improvements shall be collectively designated herein as <br /> the "Project. " <br /> Said Project is further described in the Project Manual for <br /> the Everett Public Library Main Branch by Dykeman Architects <br /> dated February 28, 1990, a copy of which is on file with the City <br /> Clerk. <br /> -4- KR113 90/09/17 <br />
