• <br /> • <br /> ' SECTION 13: <br /> Subsection 22.020.A. 1 of Ordinance No. 1671-89 , which reads: <br /> 1. There shall be no minimum setbacks in the B-3 Zone except <br /> as provided in Subsections 2 and 3 below. However, except as <br /> provided in Subsection a. of this paragraph, all buildings <br /> constructed after the effective date of this Ordinance shall be <br /> required to be built up to the property line abutting a public <br /> street for a minimum of 70 percent of the full property <br /> frontage(s) . For multiple story structures, the street level <br /> floor may be recessed from the property line if the next floor <br /> above is built to the property line. <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> 1 _ There shall he nn minimum sethacks in the 11-1 Zone except <br /> Ps provided in Suhsections 22.020_A_ 2 and 22.020_a _ 3 . <br /> However, except as provided in Subsection a. of this paragraph, <br /> all buildings constructed after the effective date of this <br /> Ordinance shall be required to be built up to the property line <br /> abutting a public street for a minimum of 70 percent of the <br /> full property frontage(s) .
