11 <br /> 1 1 T <br /> SECTION 1: <br /> Subsection 4 . 020.A.100 of Ordinance No. 1671-89 , which reads: <br /> Lot line, front means the lot line dividing a lot from the <br /> street. On a corner lot, only the shorter lot frontage shall <br /> be considered as the front lot line. On a panhandle lot, the <br /> front lot line and setbacks shall be determined during the <br /> subdivision approval process, or, if not determined during <br /> subdivision review, shall be determined by the Planning <br /> Director. <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> 100 .
