SECTION 15: <br /> Subsection 30.050 .B. 2 .a of Ordinance No. 1671-89 , which reads: <br /> a. be floodproofed so that below the base flood level the <br /> structure is watertight with walls substantially impermeable to <br /> the passage of water; <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> a. be floodproofed so that below a level whinh is two ( 9) feet <br /> ahnvP the base flood level the structure is watertight with <br /> walls substantially impermeable to the passage of water; <br /> SECTION 16: <br /> Subsection 30 .060 .A.1 .a of Ordinance No. 1671-89, which reads: <br /> a. Driveways may cross <br /> required setback or landscape areas in order to provide access <br /> between the off-street parking facilities and the street <br /> providing access to the site. Driveways may be used for <br /> parking when serving individual single family or duplex <br /> dwellings only, but shall not be considered for purposes of <br /> satisfying required parking for other uses. <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> G.
