ORDINANCE NO. 1713-90 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending <br /> Ordinance No. 4151, vacating a portion <br /> of Rainier Drive, north of Madison. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4151 which reads as follows: <br /> That the street and alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, <br /> State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: <br /> Rainier Drive from the south line of Lot 22, Block 6, Beverly Hills <br /> Division No. 3, north to the south line of Lake Street <br /> be and the same is hereby vacated subject to the following conditions, <br /> restrictions and reservations. The City of Everett retains an easement to <br /> construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace and add thereto, all public <br /> utilities, and to grant the construction, operation and maintenance of <br /> other public utilities, including but not limited to telephone, gas, <br /> electricity, and conditioned further that no structures of any permanent <br /> nature shall be constructed over said street and alley vacated. <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 1: That the street and alley in the City of Everett, County of <br /> Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: <br /> Rainier Drive from the south line of Lot 22, Block 6, Berverly Hills <br /> Division No. 3, north to the south line of Lake Street <br /> be and the same is hereby vacated subject to the following conditions, <br /> restrictions and reservations.
