ORDINANCE NO. 1713-90 AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 4151, vacating a portion of Rainier Drive, north of Madison. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4151 which reads as follows: That the street and alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: Rainier Drive from the south line of Lot 22, Block 6, Beverly Hills Division No. 3, north to the south line of Lake Street be and the same is hereby vacated subject to the following conditions, restrictions and reservations. The City of Everett retains an easement to construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace and add thereto, all public utilities, and to grant the construction, operation and maintenance of other public utilities, including but not limited to telephone, gas, electricity, and conditioned further that no structures of any permanent nature shall be constructed over said street and alley vacated. be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1: That the street and alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: Rainier Drive from the south line of Lot 22, Block 6, Berverly Hills Division No. 3, north to the south line of Lake Street be and the same is hereby vacated subject to the following conditions, restrictions and reservations.
