We propose to provide architectural and engineering services on a time- and-expense, not-to-exceed basis that is mutually agreed upon and authorized by you. The scope of the project noted above will be conducted in accordance with the request for qualifications document, scope discussion meetings, and the following: Scope of Services Design and construction services for a new complete and operating power generation system to replace and expand the existing system. The design will include a facility to house new generation equipment, new electrical distribution system equipment,and all associated appurtenances. The following services are included: A. Architectural Design: 1. Design of a new approximately 5,000 square foot building to house up to three new generators. The building design will be consistent with the architectural character of existing buildings on the WTP site, but materials may vary as necessary to meet the projects budget. The building will be designed to meet applicable building and life safety codes, and support the Owners program requirements. 2. Two existing buildings will receive minor modifications, removal and infill of existing louvers, and other work as required by this project. 3.
