CONSENT ITEMS: (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of$4,207,079.00 for the period of November 14, 2015 through November 20, 2015. (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of$3,573,421.54 for the period ending November 14, 2015. (7) Accept the Multiple Facility Roof Replacement Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with HYTECH, LLC. in the amount of $879,470.90. ACTION ITEMS: (8) CB 1511-47 —3rd and final Reading -Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2015 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 3449-15. (9) CB 1511-48-3rd and final Reading -Adopt the Proposed Ordinanceadopting the budget for the City of Everett for the year 2016 in the amount of$499,760,249.00. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services Agreement with BHC Consultants, LLC for the Riverfront Development in an amount not to exceed $339,471.00. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Eighth Amendment to the Property Disposition Agreement with PNW Riverfront, L.L.C. and Riverfront Commercial Investment, LLC. in substantially the form provided. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Fehr & Peers, Inc. to extend the Agreement completion date to December 31, 2016 at no additional cost to the city. (14) Authorize the purchase of three El Dorado Aerotech paratransit vehicles from Washington State Contract#06209 in the amount of$236,661.00 and no Washington State sales tax. (15) Authorize the Mayor to accept Siemens Terms and Conditions for TACTICS Traffic Signal Control System in the form substantially provided in the amount of $11,919.18 including Washington State sales tax.
