• ORDINANCE NO. /,2,"." 74.0 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, EMC) to encompass an area east of 19th Avenue SE (SR 527) and south of 96th Place SE. � I REZONE #11-89 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on January 9, 1990, the Everett Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the Planning Commission, has determined that said property should be zoned R-1, Single Family Low Density Residential. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett and meets the purpose of the General Plan as amended by Resolution No. 33$AL . Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the following: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That portion of Section 17, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the north half of the south half of the north half of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 17; THENCE, east along the north line of said subdivision of said section to the northeast corner of the west 50 feet of Lot 1, Plat of Saundar Estates, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 39 of Plats, Page 181, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, south along the east line of said west 50 feet of said Lot 1 to intersect the south line of the north half of the south half of the north half of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 17; THENCE, west along said south line of said subdivision of said section to the southwest corner thereof; THENCE, north along the west line of said subdivision of said section to the northwest corner thereof, the POINT OF BEGINNING.
