! 1 • ii !; ORDINANCE NO. i2252, - 9'0 AN ORDINANCE annexing certain property located east of 19th Avenue SE (SR 527) and I! south of 96th Place SE. I WHEREAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 35.13.130, a petition was presented to the City Council proposing the annexation of certain property; and ii WHEREAS, the petition which was filed pursuant to RCW 35.13.130 was I signed by owners of not less than seventy-five percent in value according to I the assessed valuation for general taxes of the property proposed to be I annexed; and WHEREAS, the City Council did fix 3-1g , 1990, for a hearing 1, upon said petition, and caused proper notice of hearing to be provided; and WHEREAS, following the hearing, the City Council has determined to Ii annex all of the property described in the petition as hereinafter set 11 forth; and WHEREAS, no request for review of the annexation by the Snohomish ! County Boundary Review Board was filed within the designated review period; 1 and WHEREAS, as a result of there being no filing, the City Council can adopt an ordinance annexing into the City the property described in the ji petition; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the property hereinafter described, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Everett: LEGAL DESCRIPTION That portion of Section 17, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the north half of the south half of the north half of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 17; THENCE, east along the north line of said subdivision of said section to the northeast corner of the west 50 feet of Lot 1, Plat of Saundar Estates, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 39 of Plats, Page 181, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, south along the east line of said west 50 feet of said Lot 1 to intersect the south line of the north half of the south half of the north half of the southwest quarter of the
