1 • <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /6 9/" 90 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the <br /> reassessment for Parcel 122 (see legal <br /> description in Exhibit A) for Local Improvement <br /> District No. 716A, within the corporate limits <br /> of the City of Everett, as provided by <br /> Ordinance No. 1185-85, and levying and <br /> assessing the amount thereof against the said <br /> lot on said roll. <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment roll levying special assessments <br /> against properties located in Local Improvement District No. <br /> 716A in the city of Everett, Washington, created under Ordinance <br /> No. 1185-85, has been filed with the City Clerk of the city of <br /> Everett, Washington, as provided by law, and has been approved <br /> and confirmed under Ordinance No. 1547-88 , and due to an <br /> irregularity and nonconformance with assessment procedures in <br /> Ordinance No. 1547-88 , Parcel 122 (see legal description <br /> attached as Exhibit A) requires that its assessment be annulled; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. ,1,296, a hearing was called for <br /> such annulment; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the hearing <br /> thereon and of making objections and protests to said roll was <br /> duly published at and for the time and in the manner provided by <br /> law, fixing the time and place of the hearing thereon for the <br /> 25th day of April , 1990, at the hour of 8: 30 a.m. (PST) , in the <br /> Council Chambers in the City Hall, Everett, Washington, and <br /> further notice thereof was duly mailed by the City Clerk to each <br /> property owner shown on said reassessment roll for Parcel 122; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed and designated in said <br /> notice, the hearing was duly held and all written protests <br /> received were duly considered and all persons appearing at said <br /> hearing were heard, and the City Council overruled all written <br /> protests received and denied all requests for changes of <br /> assessments on said reassessments on said reassessment roll; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : The reassessment roll for Parcel 122 of LID No. <br /> 716A, which was created and established, in part, for the <br /> purpose of street improvements along 3rd Avenue SE, as <br /> provided by Ordinance No. 1185-85, as the same now stand, <br />
