I was able to copy the application to use one as the submittal for <br /> the interior renovation to construct two consulting offices (61606-010); you will need to subtract the value of the <br /> mechanical and plumbing work from the contract price of work($90,119.00). We will need the contractors' state license <br /> number as well as their City of Everett Business License Number. <br /> One of the copies will be used for the mechanical submittal (M1606-013)—this will also need the value of only the <br /> mechanical, a site plan to show any exterior units for the heat pump/split system.We will need the contractors' state <br /> license number as well as their City of Everett Business License Number. <br /> 1 ,, <br />
