I was able to copy the application to use one as the submittal for the interior renovation to construct two consulting offices (61606-010); you will need to subtract the value of the mechanical and plumbing work from the contract price of work($90,119.00). We will need the contractors' state license number as well as their City of Everett Business License Number. One of the copies will be used for the mechanical submittal (M1606-013)—this will also need the value of only the mechanical, a site plan to show any exterior units for the heat pump/split system.We will need the contractors' state license number as well as their City of Everett Business License Number. The electrical application that was submitted appears to only be missing the contractors' state license number as well as their City of Everett Business License Number.
