ORDINANCE NO. /( 7,1-90 AN ORDINANCE creating a special construction fund entitled, "Design and Construction of Silver Lake Road/19th Avenue SE Street Improvements" , Fund No. 731 for LID No. 731, in the vicinity of Silver Lake Road, Silver Lake Drive, and 19th Avenue SE. WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized the need to install street and signal improvements in the area of Silver Lake Road, Silver Lake Drive, and 19th Avenue SE; and WHEREAS, on November 1, 1989, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 3245 declaring the city's intent to construct street and signal improvements in this area of the city; and WHEREAS, on December 6, 1989, the City Council passed Ordinance No. 1663-89 creating Local Improvement District No. 731 , ordering the carrying out of the proposed improvements, and authorizing the issuance and sale of local improvement district warrants and local improvement district bonds to finance the improvements ordered; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special construction fund is hereby established as Fund No. 731 , entitled, "Design and Construction of Silver Lake Road/19th Avenue SE Street Improvements" . Section 2 : The total estimated cost of the improvements attributable to this fund is $1,565,000. This estimate includes all costs related to right-of-way acquisitions, design, construction, contract and LID administration, financing, legal assistance, and all other project costs. Section 3 : The sum of $1,565,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 731 , "Design and Codiptruction of Silver Lake Road/19th Avenue SE Street Improvements" . The source of funds for this appropriation shall be from Fund 731, Program 892 , $1,565,000 from the LID No. 731 assessment roll/bond sale.
