I complete responsibility for conducting all tasks to accomplish the actions 2 authorized in Section 2 of this ordinance. 3 Section 6: Severability. If any provision of this ordinance be 4 declared unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, 5 it shall be conclusively presumed that this ordinance would have been 6 enacted without the provision so held unconstitutional or invalid and the 7 remainder of this ordinance shall be not affected as a result of said part 8 being held unconstitutional or invalid. 9 Section 7: The City Treasurer of the City of Everett shall obtain 10 interim financing at a reasonable rate of interest as needed to pay expenses 11 of this project. Interim financing shall be redeemed by the Treasurer as 12 soon as financing monies, from sources as described elsewhere in this 13 ordinance, are received. 14 Section 8: This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried 15 forward year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been 16 accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of reappropriation as per 17 RCW 35.33.151 . 18 Section 9: The Council finds that a fair and equitable division of 19 revenue sources for said study/repairs is: 33 1/3%, Sewer/Water Utility 20 Fund 401 ; 33 1/3%, Transit Fund 525; and 33 1/3%, Street Fund 120.
