1 Section 1 . The City Council of the City of Everett, 2 Washington (the "City" ) , orders the construction of the 3 following complete standard street improvements , including 4 curbs, gutters , sidewalks and storm drainage modifications , 5 consisting of : 6 A half-street improvement on the southern half of 121st Street S.E. , from the western City limits to 7 the intersection of 121st Street S.E. and Silver Lake Drive; a half-street improvement along the east side 8 of Silver Lake Drive, extending north from 121st Street S.E. approximately 500 feet ; a full-street 9 improvement along 121st Street S.E. from Silver Lake Drive to State Route 527; a full-street improvement 10 along State Route 527 from 120th Place S .E . to the westerly extension of the north line of Paradise 11 Tracts; a half-street improvement on the western half of State Route 527, from westerly extension of the 12 north line of Paradise Tracts to the westerly extension of the south line of Paradise Tracts ; and a 13 traffic light at the intersection of 121st Street S.E. and State Route 527 ; together with all other 14 appurtenances and modifications deemed necessary by the City Engineer . 15 All of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans 16 and specifications therefor prepared by the City Engineer, and 17 may be modified by the City Council as long as such modification 18 does not affect the purpose of the improvement . 19 Section 2 . There is created and established a local 20 improvement district to be called Local Improvement District No . 21 731 of the City of Everett , Washington (the "District" ) , the 22 boundaries or territorial extent of which District are more 23 particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this 24 reference incorporated herein. 25 -3-
