' .� j ♦ P <br /> 1 City, plus interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per year upon the <br /> 2 total amount of such cost, charge and penalty, shall be assessed against the <br /> 3 property with buildings or structures in which the plumbing and sanitary <br /> 4 facilities are located, and shall become a lien thereon superior to all <br /> 5 other liens or encumbrances except those for general taxes and special <br /> 6 assessments. Such total amount when collected shall be paid into the City <br /> 7 Sewer Revenue Fund. <br /> 8 F. Such liens may be foreclosed by the City in the manner provided <br /> 9 by law for the enforcement of the same and for delinquent sewerage charges. <br /> 10 As an additional and concurrent method of enforcing the lien herein provided <br /> 11 the City may cut off the water service to the premises to which such sewage <br /> 12 disposal service was furnished, and such water service shall remain cut off <br /> 13 until all such charges, plus penalties and interest thereon, together with <br /> 14 the current applicable charge for turning the water on, shall have been paid. <br /> 15 G. Any person who shall fail to comply with the orders of the Mayor <br /> 16 or his duly authorized representative as provided in this section, shall be <br /> 17 guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not-to-exceed One Thousand <br /> 18 Dollars ($1 ,000) . <br /> 19 Section 2: Ordinance No. 1164-85 is hereby repealed. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> WILLIAM E.
