A.)6'1 19 2 3 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the supplemental assessments and supplemental assessment 4 roll of Local Improvement District No . 726 for the improvement of 60th Street S.W. and Hardeson Road, 5 as provided by Ordinance No . 1324-87, and levying and assessing the cost and expense thereof against 6 the several lots, tracts, parcels of land and other property as shown on the supplemental assessment 7 roll . 8 WHEREAS, the supplemental assessment roll levying the 9 special assessments against the property located in Local 10 Improvement District No . 726 in the City of Everett , Washington 11 (the "City" ) , has been filed with the City Clerk as provided by 12 law; and 13 WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing thereon 14 and making objections and protests to the roll was published at 15 and for the time and in the manner provided by law fixing the 16 time and place of hearing thereon for the 22nd day of November, 17 1989 , at the hour of 8 : 30 a .m. , local time, in the Council 18 Chambers in the City Hall , Everett , Washington, and further 19 notice thereof was mailed by the City Clerk to each property 20 owner shown on the roll; and 21 WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed and designated in the 22 notice the hearing was held, all written protests received were 23 considered and all property owners who submitted such protests 24 or their representatives appearing at the hearing who wished to 25 be heard were heard, and the City Council , sitting and acting as
