• ORDINANCE NO . /6.6-7—,F7 AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for the City of Everett for 1989 and amending Ordinance No . 1544-88 , as amended by Ordinance No . 1575-89 , as amended by Ordinance No . 1583-89, as amended by Ordinance No . 1603-89. WHEREAS , the City Council has now appropriated certain local , state and federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the 1989 budget ; and WHEREAS , the source and application of funds have been identified ; NOW , THEREFORE , the City of Everett does ordain that the following amendments shall be made to the 1989 budget : Section 1 : That the sum of ( $20 , 000. 00) be appropriated in the following manner : a . Appropriation , Department 009 - General Governmental Non-Departmental Expense 1 . Source of Funds Property Taxes c . Purpose To reduce budget for General Governmental Service Center Utilities , for amount not used in 1989 . Section 2 : That the sum of $126, 670 . 41 be appropriated in the following manner : a . Appropriation , Department 009 - General Governmental Non-Departmental Expense 1 .
