A detached residential garage located to the north of the main house is actively <br /> being converted from a vehicle garage to dwelling use, without required permits and approvals. <br /> I posted a Stop Work Order and an Unlawful Structure placard on the adjacent gate. While there, the owner Mr. <br /> Porciuncula arrived. Mr. Porcuincula stated to us that he had inquired about the permit costs and associated <br /> requirements.
