However, the tenant <br /> recently proposed an alternate temporary structure in the right of way for an accessible entrance to the building. The <br /> City Engineer has agreed to prepare a conditional right of way lease to allow this structure. <br /> To review this proposed alternate structure, we will need revised drawings for the revisions to the existing entrance. <br /> These drawings can be submitted as a revision (to my attention) under the same permit number(no additional fees), <br /> with instructions to replace the original submittal in its entirety. <br /> Per the 2012 IBC, section 3411.7 (4), a revision to make the building more accessible does not trigger additional <br /> accessible revisions, such as parking.
