I understand that a drawing is needed by a <br /> license contractor but I need a direct clarification regarding conflicting reports of <br /> conversations. It is my desire, your time permitting, to have a short meeting such <br /> that I can better understand what the City requires. I sincerely hope that this is <br /> not inconvenient and will help everyone.
