,01°Y4fig.7 - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2945-06 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "41st Street Pedestrian Corridor Study,"Fund 303, Program 065, <br /> as established by Ordinance 2668-02. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "41st Street Pedestrian Corridor Study," <br /> Fund 303, Program 065, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "41st Street Pedestrian Corridor Study,"Fund 303, <br /> Program 065,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"41st Street Pedestrian Corridor Study," Fund 303, <br /> Program 065, are as follows: <br /> A.
