DLR Group Phase 4—Conceptualize 118 hours <br /> Meetings = 1 <br /> Develop initial floor plan <br /> Develop initial site concept <br /> Develop initial exterior design approach <br /> Total DLR Group Labor Effort 328 hours <br /> Facility Assessment <br /> Facility Assessment (FA) to provide an understanding of the condition of the building and building <br /> systems to discern any issues that can be assessed via visual inspection of the building and <br /> documentation. No destructive testing will be conducted. FA includes reviewing existing <br /> drawings/reports as available, 1 day touring the building, and recommendation report generation. <br /> Specific scope includes: <br /> Architectural & Building Systems <br /> Evaluate building envelope (Roof, Walls, Glazing) and make recommendations. Evaluate fire <br /> sprinklers, fire alarm, security systems, elevators, access management, door hardware and make <br /> recommendations. <br /> Structural (Not included) <br /> Evaluate current structure by City of Everett of Reid Middleton if needed. Initial assessment of <br /> the building by the City Building Department determined the meets Life Safety Standards. <br /> Electrical <br /> Evaluate current electrical system and make recommendations. <br /> Mechanical/Plumbing <br /> Evaluate current mechanical system and make recommendations. Evaluate current plumbing <br /> system and make recommendations. <br /> Cost Estimating <br /> Cost estimates for building improvements based on recommendations <br /> Cost Estimating (Not Included) <br /> Cost estimates to bring City Phone, Data,Traffic and SCADA if needed. Cost estimates to be <br /> determined by City of Everett <br /> Schedule <br /> The Space Planning and Facilities Assessment shall be completed by 90 days from the date the <br /> agreement was made and entered into. <br /> The completion of the agreement shall be February 28, 2018 to allow the City time to review the study <br /> and make revisions or additions as required. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
