E1611-210
Site address: 1005 Charles Ave.
Description of work: rewire kitchen and nook, replace service panel
Expiration date: 5/29/2017
Reason:
The gentleman who came to do the electrical work in our house did a great job. However there was
some confusion on what we had agreed upon and what the worker did in our kitchen. While going
over the invoice with the owner my husband pointed out the work was not finished. He then realized
too and was very understanding. To off-set the cost of new can lighting in the kitchen ceiling we were
going to do some prep work. We then had some family stuff, life, etc get in the way. My husband Erik
is a disabled Veteran and has had a lot of medical appointments lately. We are also in a battle with
the VA who wants to reduce my husbands benefits.
We would please appreciate an extension on our electrical permit to get the work finished.
Thank you so much,
Jennifer Kapus
Sent from XFINITY Connect Mobile App
Extention granted until S - 2L1 -
Please be advised if no progress made
after this date, additional fees may be
owed. Thank you.
