More than 35% of the existing site is covered <br />with impervious surface; therefore, the threshold for Redevelopment projects apply to <br />this property. <br />Based on the flowchart of Figure 1-2.4.2 "Flow Chart for Determining Requirements for <br />Redevelopment," minimum requirements #1 - #5 apply to new/replaced impervious <br />surface and converted pervious surface.
