Owner will conduct a Prebid meeting as indicated below: <br /> 1. Meeting Date: June 28, 2017. <br /> 2. Meeting Time: 9:00 a.m., local time. <br /> 3. Location: WFP Headquarters Building, 6133 Lake Chaplain Road, Monroe, WA 98272. <br /> B. Attendance: <br /> 1. Prime Bidders: Attendance at Prebid meeting is mandatory. <br /> 2. Subcontractors: Attendance at Prebid meeting is recommended. <br /> 3. Notice: Bids will only be accepted from prime bidders attending the meeting and <br /> represented on Prebid Meeting sign-in sheet. <br /> a.
