Federal Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility or Voluntary Exclusion Frequently Asked <br /> Questions. <br /> 1.3 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Submit Certification Form at the end of this Document with Contractor's Bid Proposal. <br /> 1.4 REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. General Contractor <br /> 1. Criterion. <br /> a. The Bidder shall not be currently disbarred or suspended by the Federal Government. <br /> 2. Documentation. <br /> a. The Bidder shall complete the Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility or Voluntary <br /> Exclusion Certification Form at the end of this Document and submit it with <br /> IContractor's Bid Proposal. <br /> B. Subcontractors <br /> ' 1. Criterion. <br /> a. All Subcontractors shall not be currently debarred or suspended by the Federal <br /> Government. <br /> 2. Documentation. <br /> a. The Contractor shall require all Subcontractors to complete the Debarment, Suspension, <br /> Ineligibility or Voluntary Exclusion Certification Form at the end of this Document and <br /> submit the completed form to the City within fourteen(14)calendar days after receipt <br /> I of Notice of Award. <br /> 3. Verification. <br /> a. Allow the City seven(7)calendar days to verify and approve or disapprove of a <br /> Subcontractor on the basis of Federal Debarment. <br /> b.
