At the <br /> appointed time,all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the 8th floor hearing room at the Wall Street Building. <br /> The engineer's estimate for this Project is$740,000. <br /> The completed work will provide Owner with a new Portal structure that connects an existing tunnel to an existing steel <br /> pipe spool that leads to a pipeline that extends to the diversion dam on the Sultan River. Retrofit measures are indicated on <br /> the project drawings and described in further detail in Section 011100—Summary of Work. <br /> Owner will conduct a Prebid meeting starting at 9:00 am, June 28, 2017 at the Water Filter Plant Headquarters Building, <br /> 6133 Lake Chaplain Road, Monroe, WA 98272.
