3. At the November 7, 2006, Planning Commission public hearing the Commission <br /> action was to recommend to City Council that the implementing zone for the <br /> Schools/Churches (2.1) and Single Family, 5-10 DUA (1.2) area be the R-2 Single <br /> Family Medium Density Residential. See map Exhibit B for the zoning. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Approval <br /> That the Zoning Map of that portion of the City of Everett shown on the map in Exhibit B and <br /> described in Section 3 is hereby established as provided by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1671- <br /> 89, as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code). <br /> Section 2: Zoning <br /> That the property described in Section 3 is hereby zoned R-2 Single Family Medium Density <br /> Residential Zone which is consistent with the adopted Everett Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Section 3: Legal Description <br /> SILVER LAKE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ANNEXATION LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> That portion of the west half of section 29, township 28 north, range 5 east, W.M., Snohomish <br /> County, Washington described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of the north half of the north half of the southwest quarter of <br /> the southwest quarter of said section 29, also being the northeast corner of the plat of Hillis <br /> Addition to Silver Lake recorded under Auditor file number 2094882, the true point of <br /> beginning; Thence West along the north line of said plat to the northeast corner of Lot 7; <br /> Thence South along the east line of said Lot 7 to the southeast corner thereof; Thence West <br /> along the south line of said lot to the southwest corner thereof; Thence North along the west <br /> line of said lot to the northwest corner thereof; Thence West along the north line of said plat <br /> to the east margin of SR 527 and a point on the existing city limits under Ordinance 2863-05; <br /> Thence north along said right of way margin and the existing city limits to the south margin <br /> of 127th Place SE, said south margin also being the north line of the south 247.5 feet or the <br /> west 276 feet of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 29; Thence <br /> East along said right of way margin and existing city limits to the west line of the plat of <br /> Herschlip Addition recorded under Auditor file number 199911105002; Thence South along <br /> the west line of said plat to the southwest corner thereof; Thence East along the south line of <br /> said plat to the southeast corner thereof also being the northeast corner of the north half of the <br /> 2 <br />
