At the November 7, 2006, Planning Commission public hearing the Commission <br /> action was to recommend to City Council that the implementing zone for the <br /> Schools/Churches (2.1) and Single Family, 5-10 DUA (1.2) area be the R-2 Single <br /> Family Medium Density Residential.
