October 4, 2017 <br /> M. J. Donovan-Creamer, Everett, spoke against the reallocation of monies <br /> to support the Housing Hope Hopeworks Station II Project and asked that <br /> council members who may have financial dealings with CB 1709-48 <br /> recuse themselves from the vote on October 11 until further study may be <br /> completed. <br /> Aaron Powell, Everett, spoke against the low-barrier housing project and <br /> reallocation of dollars to support Housing Hope. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested that the item relating to the <br /> proposed system development fee waiver for affordable housing <br /> development, which was pulled from the General Government <br /> Subcommittee meeting agenda, be added as a briefing item to next <br /> week's City Council agenda. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated a briefing would be scheduled. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7168 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $3,867,587.43 for the period of September 16, 2017, through <br /> September 22, 2017. <br /> RESOLUTION — PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7169 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of$4,013,614.87 for the period ending September 16, 2017. <br /> 333 <br />
