October 4, 2017 <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No. 1709-47. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, <br /> Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: None <br /> Ordinance No. 3573-17 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — PERSONNEL & RESOURCES FOR THE <br /> SNOHOMISH REGIONAL DRUG & GANG TASK FORCE <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Interlocal Agreement, establishing the Snohomish Regional Drug & <br /> Gang Task Force, to reflect the assignment of additional <br /> investigative personnel and resources and extending the term to <br /> December 31, 2017, in the amount of $7,036. <br /> Sean Renfro, Everett, inquired about the origin and assignment of <br /> resources. <br /> Police Chief Templeman stated the additional investigative resources <br /> reflects the assignment of personnel from the cities of Mountlake Terrace, <br /> Edmonds, and Lynnwood, and the $7,036 is a bridge amount that extends <br /> the agreement to get the City on a calendar year as opposed to a fiscal <br /> year. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 337 <br />
