Toilet rooms.
C. Stage..
d. Doors.
e. New walls and wall modifications.
2. Exterior
a. Exterior tenant signage.
The tenant space does not meet minimum code standards for an assembly (church) occupancy. The
altered structure is unlawful, per the International Property Maintenance Cade, section 1,08.1.1. A stop
work order has been pasted and an unlawful structure placard has been attached to the building at the
entry to this tenant space. This matter has been referred to the Everett Cade Enforcement Division for
compliance.
The plans submitted for the`Ciudad de Refugio'tenant improvement building permit were submitted in
November of 2010, and are still incomplete. A fourth permit corrections letter was sent to the tenant
last week. We request either revised permit plans that have been prepared for permit issuance and
inspections within 90 days to meet a lawful structure, or that the tenant space be vacated.
.1c Irel.
leg Hal , NCARB
Plans Ex ner
cc: Ted Budden, Chief Inspector City of Everett Building Department
AFM Jim Venturo, Everett Fire Department
Dave Wilson, Everett Fire Department
Gabriel Graumann, Conwill Management, LLC
Yolanda Morena, Ciudad de Refugia Tenant
Sandra Alder and Tom Griffin, Capital Architects
Attachments
