'1114EW-HIFETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3 5 7 3-17 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled"Howarth Park <br /> Pedestrian Bridge Repair", Fund 354, Program 045, as established by Ordinance No. <br /> 3442-15. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Howarth Park Pedestrian Bridge <br /> Repair", Fund 354, Program 045,was established for the design, engineering and <br /> construction of the repairs to the bridge that was closed May 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the project entitled"Howarth Park Pedestrian Bridge Repair", Fund 354, Program <br /> 045, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the fmal expenses and revenues for the "Howarth Park Pedestrian Bridge Repair", <br /> Fund 354, Program 045, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Design and Construction <br /> Costs $ 326,414.20 <br /> Total Costs $ 326,414.20 <br /> B. Revenues <br /> Fund 354—CIP3 $ 400,000.00 <br /> Total Revenues $ 400,000.00 <br /> Section 3: <br /> That there are no financial transactions remaining. <br />
