1 <br /> 44,-4 <br /> fTT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled"Gateways <br /> Sustainable Maintenance Renovation", Fund 354,Program 028, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 2820-05. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Gateways Sustainable <br /> Maintenance Renovation",Fund 354,Program 028,was established for the design, <br /> planning, engineering and construction of Gateways sustainability maintenance <br /> renovations and; <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the project entitled"Gateways Sustainable Maintenance Renovation",Fund 354, <br /> Program 028,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Gateways Sustainable Maintenance <br /> Renovation",Fund 354, Program 028, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Design and Construction <br /> Costs $ 149.,171.91 <br /> Total Costs $ 149,171.91 <br /> B.
