A 41111P . <br /> 1:7.,1%/ <br /> 0.114 ,4 <br /> • <br /> 7 i1 ETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled"Howarth Park <br /> Pedestrian Bridge Repair",Fund 354,Program 045,as established by Ordinance No. <br /> 3442-15_ <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Howarth Park Pedestrian Bridge <br /> Repair", Fund 354, Program 045, was established for the design, engineering and <br /> construction of the repairs to the bridge that was closed May 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the project entitled"Howarth Park Pedestrian Bridge Repair", Fund 354, Program <br /> 045,be closed. <br /> Section 2: ' <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Howarth Park Pedestrian Bridge Repair", <br /> Fund 354,Program 045, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Design and Construction <br /> Costs $ 326,414.20 <br /> Total Costs $ 326,414.20 <br /> B.
