5 <br /> //1061 <br /> Mega <br /> RESOLUTION No. <br /> A Resolution declaring one New Holland tractor and one US Mower mowing arm surplus and <br /> authorizing their sale at public auction. <br /> Whereas, the City has one 2004 New Holland TS-100A Tractor (H0032) and one 2006 US <br /> Mower MM-23 Mower Arm with Mowing Heads (H0032.1) in its fleet; and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplus or disposition of <br /> City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas, based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a public auction is <br /> the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> Whereas,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of the <br /> surplus property and has recommended to surplus the above-referenced vehicles and equipment <br /> by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett: <br /> 1. The Whereas, the City has one 2004 New Holland TS-100A Tractor (H0032) and one <br /> 2006 US Mower MM-23 Mower Arm with Mowing Heads (H0032.1) which is no longer <br /> of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
