(6) CB 1709-48 — 3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the reallocation of $400,000.00 in 2017 budgeted dollars to support the Housing Hope Hopeworks Station II Project and amending Ordinance No. 3569-17. (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Quit Claim Deed to the Port of Everett for title clearing purposes property adjacent to West Marine View Drive. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement regarding increased hillside runoff in the Marshland Basin due to upland development providing a one-year extension. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with the Yakima County Jail for 2018 Inmate Housing. (10) Reconsideration: Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreement No. 12 to the Lease Agreement with the United States Forest Service - Department of Agriculture to extend lease an additional five years. (11) Reconsideration: Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreement No. 4 to the Lease Agreement with the United States Forest Service Puget Sound Interagency Communication Center to extend lease an additional five years.
