Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. All required submittals <br /> must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structures will be <br /> constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings submitted for <br /> revisions. <br /> All revisions require the person delivering the drawings to replace revisions into the two review <br /> sets here at our offices. <br /> General <br /> 1. The plans do not clearly indicate/the scope of the new work. Please mark a dashed line <br /> around the new toilet room to verify that this is the only new work on the drawing for <br /> permit. <br /> 2. All new or relocated walls, doors and fixtures should be dimensioned from other walls. <br /> 3. Please target the interior elevations on the plans for reference, since elevations are <br /> required in the toilet room to show heights and required finishes of new work. <br /> Occupancy j <br /> 1. If the proposed occupan�y of the cafe is proposed to increase, based on the addition of <br /> the new toilet room, the'maximum occupancy sign of 49 should be shown on the <br /> drawings, per IBC section 1004.1.2. <br /> i <br /> Construction <br /> 2. Fixtures should be dimensioned from the walls for the proposed new work. <br /> 3. Please provide det 'ils of the new ceiling and exhaust in the new toilet room. The ceiling <br /> details should be own on the drawings. <br /> 4. Please show the Vocations and cfm of exhaust provided at the toilet room on the plans <br /> submitted for building permit. <br /> 5. Please indicate wall and ceiling sections for the new walls, and target those sections to <br /> the plans. This information should show if the walls are floor to underside of structure, <br /> or a different configuration. <br /> Accessibility <br /> 1. A second Yully accessible toilet room is required for more than 30 occupants in the space <br /> (see com ent 1-Occupancy in this letter).
