Occupant load and types added to P.#2 notes. <br /> b. Note for Special use fire permit will be obtained for special events has been added to P#2. <br /> C. Approximate number of chairs and tables are shown on the plans. Location of table and chairs will vary. <br /> Stage will be approximately 70-100sf, and will be used for guitar, and solo/duo singers,playing jazz, <br /> and light rock type music as background music. Conversations typically continue while the music <br /> plays. <br /> d. Note already on plan, see P.#2 at entry/exit. <br /> 2. Note added on basement plan for lighting on both sides of the door. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. The hardware on all the interior doors are lever type action. <br /> 2. This is not a commercial kitchen. It is for engineering employees only, and is existing. <br /> Accessibility <br /> 1.The toilet rooms will be altered as we discussed, (see the revised plans). <br /> 2. This is a stand-up bar only. We will serve the handicapped person at the door,rather than the counter. A <br /> continuous slab of wood, Alaska Cedar, will be used as the counter. Free handicapped access to the bar door is <br /> available. <br /> Enemy <br /> 1. The removal of the drywall is just for the winery, and will extend back to the bar countertop. <br /> a. Plan note added to basement. <br /> b. 5/8' GWB and insulation added to drawing. <br /> 2. Reflected ceiling plan added. <br /> a. Lighting controls are not required when less than 0.6 Wats per sf are used. <br /> b. 50% or less of the fixtures have been added to the tasting room. 100 % of the existing T-8 <br /> fluorescent light fixtures have been disconnected in the tasting room. The light fixtures that have <br /> been added use low voltage, 6-Watt LED lights.
