Z Mechanical 1.the old units are System 1. (HP26-060-14p with a CB31MV-65-2p)System 2. (HP26-042-14p with a CB31MV-41-3p)System 3. (HP26-048-14p with a CB31MV-51-2p the new units that are going in to replace that are system 1.( 14HPX-060-230 with a CBX27UH-060)system 2. (14HPX-042-230 with a CBX27UH-042)system 3. (14HPX-048-230with a CBX27UH-048) all of the fan coils are in Mechanical closet's in the building and the heat pumps are on the ground out side. 2. 1 have attached this to the email Structural 1. all for the units are under 400 lbs and the heat pumps are slab on grade outside the building. Energy 1. referencing C503.4 with the systems that we are replacing. System 1 is over the 56,000 btu mark producing 56,000 btu's of cooling and will need to be 5% better then code minimum and systems 2 and 3 will need to be 10%better then code due to the fact that they produce 43,500 and 47,500 btu's. I have included the equipment list with the breakdown of the units. Please Let me know if you need anything else you will be needing. Jonathan D.
