T <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2964-06 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a parks improvement project entitled"Hewittt Avenue <br /> Landscaping Replacement Project", Fund 354, Program 011 as established by Section 15 <br /> of Ordinance No. 2452-00. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Hewittt Avenue Landscaping <br /> Replacement Project", Fund 354, Program 011, was established to provide for the said <br /> repairs and improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the parks improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the parks improvement project"Hewittt Avenue Landscaping Replacement Project", <br /> Fund 354, Program 011, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Hewittt Avenue Landscaping Replacement <br /> Project", Fund 354, Program 011, are as follows: <br /> A.
