• <br /> i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /675749' <br /> / <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, EMC) <br /> to encompass an area along 90th Street SW from <br /> Walter E. Hall Golf Course to 5th Place W. <br /> REZONE #5-89 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on May 23, 1989, the Everett <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the <br /> zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission, has determined that said <br /> property should be zoned R-1, Single Family Low Density Residential. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning <br /> change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett <br /> and meets the purpose of the General Plan as amended by Resolution <br /> No. 3223. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, <br /> Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the following: <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> All that portion of Section 13, Township 28 North, Range 4 East, <br /> W.M. , described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of <br /> the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 <br /> of said Section 13; THENCE, south along the west line of <br /> said subdivision to intersect the southerly right of way <br /> line of 90th Street S.W. ; THENCE, east along said southerly <br /> right of way line to intersect the northerly projected west <br /> line of the Plat of Fairway Estates, according to the plat <br /> thereof, recorded in Volume 40 of Plats, Page 30, records <br /> of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, south along said <br /> northerly projected west line of said plat to the northerly <br /> most westerly corner of Lot 14 of said plat; THENCE, east <br /> along the north line of said lot to the northerly most <br /> easterly corner thereof; THENCE, north along the west line <br /> of Lot 15 of said plat to the northwest corner thereof; <br /> THENCE, east along the north line of said lot to the <br /> northerly most easterly corner thereof; THENCE, south along <br />
