1 Section 7: Severability. 2 Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase •f 3 this ordinance or its application to any person or situation be declar-d 4 unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect e 5 validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to a y 6 other person or situation.
