ORDINANCE NO. /G> a. <br /> 1 <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE relating to the sexual exploitation of children, <br /> amending Ordinance No. 1145-85, Sections 101 and 105 <br /> 3 (Everett Municipal Code Sections 10.32.010 and 10.32.050) . <br /> 4 <br /> 5 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 6 Section 1 : Section 101 of Ordinance No. 1145-85 (EMC 10.32.010) , which <br /> 7 reads as follows: <br /> 8 <br /> Depictions of Minor Engaged in Sexually Explicit <br /> 9 Conduct--Definitions. <br /> 10 The following definitions apply to this chapter: <br /> 11 A. To "photograph" means to make a print, negative, slide, <br /> motion picture, or videotape. A "photograph" means any <br /> 12 tangible item produced by photographing. <br /> 13 B. "Visual or printed matter" means any photograph or other <br /> material that contains a reproduction of a photograph. <br /> 14 <br /> C. "Sexually explicit conduct" means actual or simulated: <br /> 15 <br /> 1 . Sexual intercourse, including genital-genital , <br /> 16 oral -genital , anal-genital , or oral-anal , whether <br /> between persons of the same or opposite sex or <br /> 17 between humans and animals; <br /> 18 2. Penetration of the vagina or rectum by any object; <br /> 19 3. Masturbation for the purpose of sexual stimulation of <br /> 20 the viewer; <br /> 4. Sadomasochistic abuse for the purpose of sexual <br /> 21 stimulation of the viewer; <br /> 22 5. Exhibition of the genitals or unclothed pubic or <br /> 23 rectal areas of any minor for the purpose of sexual <br /> stimulation of the viewer; <br /> 24 6. Defecation or urination for the purpose of sexual <br /> stimulation of the viewer; and <br /> 25 <br /> 26 7. Touching of a person 's clothed or unclothed genitals, <br /> pubic area, buttocks, or breast area for the purpose <br /> of sexual stimulation of the viewer. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 D. "Minor" means a person under sixteen (16) years of age. <br /> 29 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
